My name is Courtney, I’m a 20 year old student, and I have a massive passion for baking. When I was a little girl, I loved helping my mom in the kitchen, whether it be mixing or rolling dough, I had a blast! Since then my passion has only gotten bigger and bigger, and my dream is to open my very own bakery!
Why I chose to start a food blog:
I’ve always been a fan of blogging, and I get most of my recipes from food and baking blogs. As I am currently a full time student, I decided to start a blog as a way to kick off my food dream, and get the experience I need to start my business one day. On my blog I’m going to share my favourite recipes, as well as traditional South African desserts and bakes, as I am proudly from South Africa. I am only a novice baker and still need lots of practice, and if you have any tips or comments to help me be the best blogger / baker I can, I would deeply appreciate it if you would share them.
